Phase
The lifecycle stage from concept, planning, tender, evaluation, award, mobilisation, or delivery.
Status
The latest procurement or delivery movement captured for the record.
Confidence
The editorial confidence level assigned after source review and update handling.

A project need, policy, budget, permit, design package, tender plan, or site movement is captured.

02 Review

The record is classified by region, segment, phase, status, and confidence before publication.

03 Update

Changes in procurement, award, mobilisation, scope, or delivery risk are reflected in the tracker.

04 Correct

Corrections and source clarifications are handled through the submission and editorial review route.
