Source basis

Port Autonome de Dakar's official mission page identifies it as a national company tasked with operating and maintaining the Port of Dakar while creating, improving, renewing and extending port installations. DP World's 2020 Ndayane agreement identifies DP World Dakar S.A. as the joint venture between DP World and PAD and assigns the vehicle the new terminal-development and operating programme. Current construction sources confirm active delivery but do not establish that PAD has accepted the channel, quay, terminal, harbour systems or commercial opening. The image documents the existing Dakar terminal, which is explicitly separated from Ndayane construction. The authority is an evidence and correction route, not an endorsement or assumed source of whole-project completion claims.
