Akita offshore wind puts base-port readiness on the installation critical path

Akita Port now has direct field evidence of heavy-component logistics for the 315 MW Oga-Katagami-Akita project: a 2,500-tonne crawler crane, multi-axle transporters, named handling contractors and a defined delivery and storage area. Component arrival, offshore mobilisation and navigation controls remain open before the June 2028 operating target.
