Rijkswaterstaat's three signed Kustlijnzorg contracts total EUR 50.599 million and final design documents indicate 14.705 million m3 in situ across 13 nourishment work packages at nine coastal locations. The three TenderNed award notices establish the signed contractors, legal values, signature dates, bid counts and delivery periods. Final bestek documents establish the 14.705 million m3 arithmetic design total. Rijkswaterstaat's current pages establish the Den Helder and Maasvlakte 2 execution schedule, but not certified progress. The aggregate value and volume are direct arithmetic across official records rather than an owner-published programme budget or completed total.

The contract family opens multiple vessel, survey, pipeline and sand-supply interfaces

The three awards are one of the clearest near-term European coastal-nourishment portfolios available in public procurement data. Their final design packages separate beach, foreshore and tidal-channel placement across North Holland, Texel, Walcheren, Scheveningen, Katwijk and Maasvlakte 2. That creates a sustained demand map for hopper-dredger capacity, hydrographic and topographic surveys, pipeline spreads, beach earthmoving, sand-source logistics, environmental controls and marine-object removal rather than a single undifferentiated dredging contract.

TenderNed records three signed contract values: EUR 26.098 million for Boskalis, EUR 8.199 million for Fa. Gebr. Van der Lee and EUR 16.302 million for Van den Herik, an arithmetic aggregate of EUR 50.599 million. Final design documents indicate 9.055, 1.74 and 3.91 million m3 in situ respectively, an arithmetic aggregate of 14.705 million m3; these are design quantities, not completed volumes. Rijkswaterstaat separately announces 5.5 million m3 at Den Helder from mid-July and 1.425 million m3 at Maasvlakte 2 in September. Its Maasvlakte schedule names Van den Herik and Van der Kamp, but the signed award names only Van den Herik and does not disclose a subcontract or joint venture. This distinction is commercially material and should remain open until direct contract-chain evidence appears.
