Partnerships

Collaboration proposals are reviewed case by case.

IMWO does not currently operate a standing partnership, sponsorship, market-access, or event programme. The proposal types below describe work that may be considered only after scope, evidence, ownership, resources, conflicts, public wording, and any commercial terms are reviewed.

Defined public value

A proposal should improve source quality, structured data, technical understanding, or practical industry discussion.

Clear labelling

Supported research, events, directory work, and sponsored material should be labelled so users understand the context.

No implied acceptance

An enquiry is not a commitment and does not guarantee coverage, profile ranking, recognition, participation, or favourable wording.

Partnership review checklist

A clear enquiry helps IMWO separate useful collaboration from sponsorship, editorial influence, event influence, or data-access risk.

01 Scope

Partnership type, region, audience, proposed activity, and the market problem the collaboration should solve.

02 Support model

Clarify whether the request involves sponsorship, data collaboration, event support, directory work, or institutional research.

03 Editorial sensitivity

Flag any requested publication, recognition, speaker, award, ranking, or profile outcome before review.

04 Decision path

Timing, decision owner, contact route, and any IMWO approval needed before public activity.

Proposal types considered

These are review categories, not active products or guaranteed services. No proposal proceeds without a documented IMWO governance decision.

Resource listing

Associations, media, and partner pages can reference IMWO without implying endorsement.

IMWO welcomes relevant resource listings for marine works, port infrastructure, coastal infrastructure, dredging, procurement intelligence, and market research audiences. Listings should describe IMWO as a verified marine construction intelligence resource, not as an endorsed supplier, award, sponsor, or commercial recommendation.

Suggested description
International Marine Work Organization provides verified marine construction intelligence for ports, coastal works, dredging, marine utilities, specialist marine installation, and waterfront infrastructure.
Useful public links
Start with the project tracker, intelligence archive, knowledge centre, resources, and reports pages for public reference.
No endorsement request
Resource listings should help readers find IMWO; they should not imply favourable coverage, recognition, ranking, or commercial approval.
Correction-safe route
Listings can mention IMWO confidence labels, source notes, and public correction routes for reviewed records.
