Submissions

Submit source-backed marine works information.

IMWO accepts project updates, organization-profile evidence, completed-asset performance material, source leads, and corrections. Each submission is checked before it is used in research or changes a public record. Submission does not guarantee publication, directory listing, recognition, or a record change.

Identify the subject

Name the project, asset, organization, or IMWO page and describe the marine works scope or exact statement concerned.

Cite the evidence

Provide dated source URLs or documents. For performance claims, include the measurement period, units, and baseline or acceptance criterion.

State your relationship

Identify your organization and whether you are the owner, contractor, consultant, supplier, operator, authority, or another party.

Evidence and publication

A submission is a source lead, not a published finding.

Official and primary records carry the greatest weight. Company statements and first-hand accounts may be used with clear attribution, but claims that cannot be verified are not presented as established fact.

Project updates
Identify what changed, when it changed, and which document supports the event. Separate contract award, construction start, completion, handover, and operation.
Performance evidence
State the measured result, period, units, operating condition, and comparison basis. A completion announcement alone does not establish operating performance.
Corrections
Identify the exact field or sentence, propose corrected wording or data, and cite the dated source that supports the change.
Editorial independence
Submitting information, supporting IMWO, or seeking recognition does not secure coverage, a directory entry, favourable treatment, or an award.

Send information

Only send material you are authorised to share. Do not email personal data, legally privileged material, export-controlled information, or confidential commercial documents.
