Project discovery CSV

22 fields for official leads, parent-project linkage, delivery-chain reporting and source interpretation.

Each row is one source-channel record. Multilateral-bank project rows are financed-project candidates. EIB rows merge its complete public financed-project and pipeline lists by eight-digit project ID: the 17,103-project cycle yields 1,611 screened marine and water candidates, including every record officially classified in Water, sewerage. A listed promoter is not a contractor, supplier, winner or subcontractor, and EIB financing is not project cost or contract value. World Bank IPF contract-award rows add official parent project, supplier and committed-value reporting but exclude subcontract awards and cofinancing. Procurement rows are merged where official identifiers permit it. USAspending subaward fields reproduce linked federal reporting without converting a reported subrecipient into an IMWO-verified delivery party. AusTender rows combine six official annual resources for 2014-15 through 2019-20 with incremental OCDS API coverage, retaining Australian Government buyers, awarded suppliers and disclosed AUD values without asserting subcontractors, completion or annual spend. Buy NSW rows add state-government contracting agencies, named contractors and disclosed AUD values from eight official annual notice reports. Queensland State rows scan statewide historical disclosures and current water, waterways, reconstruction, environment, development and pumped-hydro CKAN DataStore resources for physical marine and water contract awards. Queensland TMR rows add six annual CKAN DataStore resources for physical marine contract awards, with contractors and AUD values retained but no inference of subcontractors, progress, acceptance or actual expenditure. Tenders WA rows add 104 Western Australian physical marine awards from 23 targeted official-title searches and adaptive date splitting. Los Angeles RAMP rows add physical marine and water opportunity awards and open bids while keeping strongly resolved primary awardees separate from other or role-unresolved award participants; the latter are not labeled as subcontractors without independent evidence. UNOPS rows add annual 2018-2026 purchase-order and tender coverage while retaining a named purchase-order supplier only in that source-reported role. Repeated rows are grouped by purchase-order identifier, published row amounts are never summed or described as contract totals, and tender records receive no inferred awardee. Discovery rows remain leads until the physical asset, scope, parties, current phase and supporting sources have been independently confirmed.

The searchable project-family layer contains 3,885 institution-separated families across World Bank, ADB, IDB, AfDB, AIIB, EIB and EBRD. Official project IDs control project-level grouping; World Bank and IDB packages link only through exact parent IDs. Otherwise-unlinked ADB awards group only on exact official project name plus country, with ambiguous names left unresolved. No fuzzy entity merge is published. Supplier counts cover linked discovery rows, and aggregated USD values appear only for relevant World Bank signed-contract rows.

Using the public exports

Each export is a dated research snapshot. It does not represent a complete market database or procurement recommendation.

01 Scope and date

The record count, included fields, last-checked date and source dates establish what each file covers.

02 Evidence strength

Confirmed and Reported labels should be read with the source notes; records do not all have the same evidential maturity.

03 Independent verification

Current owner, authority, procurement, technical, legal and commercial conditions require independent verification.

04 Corrections

Submit the record URL, disputed field, replacement wording, supporting evidence, and relationship to the subject.

Data availability

12 public exports are available now.

Each file is a dated public snapshot. Source URLs, evidence dates and interpretation notes remain attached so records can be checked against the underlying official material.

Public exports
Project-discovery, project-tracker, project-change, directory, intelligence, source-registry, performance-evidence, global contract packaging report, MENA report, global marine utility report, global dredging report, and global coastal protection report CSV files are available for public inspection and source-review context.
Performance evidence
5 asset-specific performance records are public, separating confirmed evidence from matters that remain unverified.
Source dates
Dates describe the cited source or evidence review point; they do not by themselves establish current delivery status.
Use boundary
These files support research and discovery; they are not certification, legal advice, procurement advice, or a complete market census.

Current public context

The current analysis links each conclusion to its source material and identifies unresolved decisions alongside confirmed work.
