Bahrain Tender Board's March 2026 report names NASS Contracting on Bapco Refining's Sitra Wharf Berths 5 and 6 enhancement at BHD 10,987,831. NASS's opened bid was BHD 12,286,739. Tender Board controls bidder and award evidence; Bapco controls operating context. NASS's official Berths 3 and 4 ship-impact project is relevant prior capability only and is not T78534. Bapco Refining imagery is operating-site context, not Sitra Wharf works or current progress.

NASS's opened bid and reported award differ by BHD 1.30 million

Berths 5 and 6 operate inside a liquid-cargo export terminal. Construction therefore depends on an accepted design, berth-access and shutdown sequence, live product-system controls, marine plant, structural and mechanical work, testing and return to service. The monthly award report publishes none of those records.
