Dredging Award

London Gateway's GBP 57m dredging award still lacks a contract-status bridge

DP World; London Gateway operating-terminal context, not evidence of C2526 mobilisation

London Gateway's C2526 notice chain moved from a GBP 10 million, six-month tender baseline to two GBP 57 million award notices naming Jan De Nul. The later notice revises the estimated delivery period and labels the result Contract 2, but the public chain does not contain a UK7 contract-details notice. Supplier selection is confirmed; signature, mobilisation and physical production are not.

The award chain stops before contract execution

Find a Tender confirms Jan De Nul and GBP 57 million in both award notices and preserves the changed estimated periods under one OCID. It does not publish a UK7 contract-details notice in the reviewed chain. DP World's infrastructure page provides operating-port context only and does not prove C2526 execution.

One OCID prevents double counting and false start dates

Award notices can look like active project evidence when they are not. Here, the same supplier and value appear twice while the contract period changes materially. Adding the two GBP 57 million figures would double-count one procurement result, while treating either estimated start date as field mobilisation would skip the contract-details, work-order, plant and survey gates.
