Breakwater Marine's USD 12,984,450 Hague Basin contract has moved beyond award evidence: the Coast Guard names a 60-by-155-foot dredge, ten scows, a pushboat and work skiff. USACE still records construction ongoing, while accepted depth, final quantity and completion remain unpublished.

The marine notice turns the award into a mobilisation record

The Coast Guard notice specifies the named field spread, navigation measures and 29 May-1 July operating window. USAspending identifies the prime, exact obligation, five-bid competition and no-reported-subaward boundary. USACE describes the project scope and current construction status.

Ten scows and a protected passage lane define the operating interface

The dredging spread is unusually specific for a public project record. A mechanical dredge, ten 35-by-200-foot scows, pushboat, work skiff, six-barge mooring cap, turbidity curtains and a 60-minute vessel-movement window show how a compact training basin was kept navigable during work. That detail improves plant, traffic and environmental-interface tracking without converting planned 51,000 cubic yards into an accepted final quantity.

USAspending fixes Breakwater Marine, five sealed bids and the USD 12,984,450 obligation. USACE fixes about 51,000 cubic yards and target depths of 15 feet at the entrance and 12 feet inside, while the permit detail totals 51,640 cubic yards and an earlier planning record rounds to about 52,000. The 19 June federal performance end date and 1 July Coast Guard field-window end have passed, but USACE's current programme page still says construction ongoing. A post-dredge survey or owner acceptance record is required before this project can be marked complete.
