CanadaBuys confirms that Fisheries and Oceans Canada awarded Brian MacGillivary Construction CAD 516,100 for an integrated Pugwash package spanning harbour-bottom dredging, containment in an existing berm, floating docks, strongarms, gangways, a concrete retaining wall and berm reinstatement. The amended four-month term ended on 29 March 2024, while accepted quantities, commissioning and a completion certificate remain unpublished.

The four-month term expired with the physical ledger still open

CanadaBuys controls the contractor, CAD 516,100 total, award date and amended four-month term. The tender, specification and drawing files control the intended package boundaries. They are procurement documents, not as-built or completion evidence. No cited source supplies measured dredging, an installed dock schedule, structural acceptance, named subcontractors, a final account or operating handover. The illustration is editorial scope context only.

Six close-out records still control the delivery call

The contract combines several interfaces that close on different evidence: hydrographic surveys for dredging, containment records for sediment, inventory and anchoring checks for floating access, structural inspection for the wall, and an owner release for harbour use. A dated contract end establishes the commercial window but cannot substitute for any of those acceptance records.
