Three World Bank contract records expose the delivery chain for Toamasina's Manangareza river-port station. ECH BTP holds the USD 1,272,815.07 works contract, while Bureau d'Etudes Da Vinci SARL and Cabinet d'Architecture A&C hold separate design and supervision appointments. Owner materials define one works lot and a passenger-goods operating concept, but they do not confirm notice to proceed, mobilisation, completed quantities or acceptance.

The award chain is unusually legible for a modest inland terminal: the public record identifies the works prime, design team and supervision team separately.
