A CAD 8,896,913.40 federal award places demolition and reconstruction of Glace Bay wharf structures D1 through D11 with Zutphen Contractors under CW2454987. The replacement changes the structural system from mainly timber cribs to a steel H-pile-supported marginal wharf. The federal contract page fixes the prime, amount and 2 June 2026 to 31 March 2027 period; DFO's earlier navigation filing fixes the Renwick Brook worksite. Neither source establishes site possession, first demolition or first pile.
