The old Ro-Ro ramp is gone and one lock-guide structure is under demolition, but the public numbers describe four different layers: Lot 2, the whole terminal programme, the first 2025 dredging campaign and the wider environmental authorisation.
An award has become a physical marine construction record
TED controls the Lot 2 award, winner group, value and contract date. Région Bretagne controls programme budgets, phase sequencing, the separate first dredging campaign and environmental authorisation. Ports de Bretagne controls the current ramp-removal and lock-guide demolition record. The measured Lot 2 dredging volume, post-dredge survey, complete subcontract chain, accepted caisson installation and final account remain unpublished.
Four ledgers, one terminal
TED identifies the EUR 23.59496167 million contractor group, while owner updates identify the ramp removal, active demolition, engineering and environmental teams, equipment and reuse route. That closes the award-to-mobilisation gap. It does not turn every Terminal du Naye quantity or budget into a Lot 2 commercial metric.
