Port Mechanical Maintenance
Dunkirk offers eight years of mechanical maintenance without guaranteed volume
An eight-year, non-renewable framework under BOAMP notice 26-77669 would place preventive mechanical maintenance on Dunkirk port structures and installations with one holder. The public commercial boundary is no minimum and a EUR 3.2 million excluding-VAT ceiling, with bids due on 14 September 2026. No public asset register, preventive task schedule, equipment count, framework holder or first work order is yet available.
The framework carries no minimum commitment
BOAMP notice 26-77669, its PDF and open-data record establish consultation 26EOO003, the open adapted route, non-lotted single-provider structure, 96-month non-renewable term, 14 September deadline, no-minimum basis and EUR 3.2 million ceiling. The notice names no holder, included asset, task quantity, lower tier, work order, mobilisation or acceptance record. The buyer-profile consultation link did not respond during the 8 August review, so the controlled asset schedule remains unverified.
The asset register will define the real supplier market
The framework could become a durable route into an operating-port maintenance programme, but the notice alone does not identify cranes, gates, bridges, lock machinery, mooring equipment, pumps or any other included asset. Those examples remain open questions. Qualification, labour, spares, access, lifting, isolation, response, inspection and acceptance requirements depend on the controlled asset and task schedules rather than on the EUR 3.2 million ceiling.
