Doffin's official award data controls the winner, eight subcontractors, 36% share and distinct result-value fields. Kystverket's presentation and meeting record connect Gerd Stensen to dredging; its current project and April progress pages control scope, physical output and completion timing. No role is assigned to the other seven subcontractors without project-level evidence.
One named role, seven live attribution gaps
Connecting the award to executing firms exposes the addressable delivery chain behind the main contract. Husøy now identifies the subcontract pool, one attributable work package and current physical production, while seven package allocations remain open pending project-level evidence.

Acceptance remains open after physical progress
Kystverket's 21 April update records blasting complete and about 26,000 solid cubic metres of clean material dredged. The result is still a construction-stage project: final depth, contaminated-material containment, clean-material routes, ancillary works and acceptance remain open. Doffin's NOK 82,950,376 result value and NOK 83,245,688 total awarded value are different official fields and should not be presented as one exact contract number.
