Port Maintenance Procurement
Dunkirk opens EUR 8.2m ceiling across two port-maintenance frameworks
Dunkerque-Port; whole-port operating context, not a map of either framework's included assets
Two separate Grand Port Maritime de Dunkerque notices open single-provider frameworks for operating port assets. Consultation 26ANI002 sets a six-year underwater cathodic-protection replacement route with a EUR 1.5 million minimum, EUR 5.0 million ceiling and 4 September bid deadline. Consultation 26EOO003 sets a non-renewable eight-year mechanical preventive-maintenance route with no minimum, a EUR 3.2 million ceiling and 14 September deadline. Their EUR 8.2 million arithmetic ceiling sum is not a combined programme budget, award or forecast spend.
Two notices create separate scope, value and bid ledgers
BOAMP notices 26-77562 and 26-77669 and their official open-data records control the two procurement identities, deadlines, terms, scope labels, commercial limits and current no-award state. EUR 8.2 million is the arithmetic sum of the two published maxima, not an owner-published programme value. The buyer profiles host controlled consultation documents but did not respond during the 8 August review. Dunkerque-Port's maritime page and image provide operating-port context only.
Long-duration positions still depend on award and call-off evidence
The underwater framework is a specialist corrosion-control chain spanning structure condition, diving access, cathodic design, anodes or electrical components, installation and potential testing. The mechanical framework covers preventive work on port structures and installations but publishes no controlled asset schedule. A contractor suited to one scope is not automatically qualified, selected or involved in the other, and neither tender currently has a named holder.
