Underwater Asset Maintenance
Dunkirk's six-year cathodic framework remains at tender stage
BOAMP notice 26-77562 opens a six-year, single-provider framework for underwater replacement of cathodic-protection systems on multiple Grand Port Maritime de Dunkerque structures. The official notice fixes a EUR 1.5 million excluding-VAT minimum, EUR 5.0 million maximum and 4 September 2026 submission deadline. It does not name the structures, system configuration, quantities, framework holder or first call-off.
The commercial envelope is public before the asset schedule
BOAMP notice 26-77562, its PDF and open-data record establish consultation 26ANI002, the open adapted route, 72-month term, 4 September deadline, single-provider basis and EUR 1.5 million to EUR 5.0 million commercial limits. The notice names no holder, structure, system configuration, downstream party, quantity, mobilisation or acceptance record. The buyer-profile consultation link did not respond during the 8 August review, so controlled technical detail remains unverified.
The first call-off will identify the structure and specialist scope
Cathodic-protection replacement depends on the corrosion baseline, affected steel area, selected anode or impressed-current system, access and isolation method, coating interface, electrical continuity, potential testing, design life and acceptance criteria. BOAMP notice 26-77562 publishes none of those structure-level details, so it does not identify a diving spread, material supplier or installed quantity.
Evidence conclusion
No structure-level work is yet assigned
BOAMP leaves the framework at tender until 4 September 2026. A later award can establish the single holder and notification date, but each call-off will still need its own structure, value, condition evidence, protection system, design and material parties, dive spread, installed quantities, electrical tests and owner acceptance. The EUR 5.0 million ceiling is an aggregate maximum and does not indicate how many structures or how much work will be ordered.

- Corrosion survey, steel area and existing protection baseline
- Sacrificial-anode or impressed-current design responsibility
- Named diving, anode, electrical-testing and marine-plant parties
- Installed quantities, potential measurements and continuity tests
- Structure acceptance and cumulative call-off commitments
