Terminal del Golfo has concluded a EUR 10,868,519.12 first-lot works contract with a planned RTI of Dott. Carlo Agnese, SET and Ferraloro. TED identifies Carlo Agnese as group leader and a 419-day duration, but publishes no start date or named subcontractor. Its 48.67% and EUR 6.073 million subcontract fields do not reconcile exactly to the award or reported tender-base denominators.

One three-member RTI now holds Lot I

TED tender and award notices control the procedure, estimate, award, RTI membership, group-leader flag, identifiers, contract date, duration and subcontract fields. Terminal del Golfo confirms the open procedure. Shipping Italy and Assoporti provide reported Lot I dimensions and wider phasing, not field progress. The percentage and amount are reproduced as notice fields without forcing either onto an unsupported denominator.

The subcontract denominator is still unresolved

The award turns a long-planned terminal expansion into a defined contractual opportunity while exposing the delivery chain only at consortium level. Dott. Carlo Agnese, SET and Ferraloro are principals in the winning RTI, so treating two of them as subcontractors would corrupt both market mapping and package attribution. The reported 31 m by 165 m extension pier must also be isolated from later dredging, reclamation and terminal build-out phases. For suppliers and specialist contractors, the open question is not who won the main contract but which lower tiers will carry foundations, quay structure, temporary works, marine plant, fenders, utilities and survey acceptance.

Official TED fields establish contract 004_25, the 23 July conclusion, EUR 10.8685 million award, three legal winners, Dott. Carlo Agnese's leader flag and a 419-day duration without start or end dates. The tender notice separately carries EUR 15.035 million as procedure and lot estimate. Industry reporting gives EUR 12.529 million as the tender base and describes the 165 m extension pier. The award notice says subcontracting is intended and publishes 48.67% plus EUR 6.073 million. The amount is about 55.88% of the award and 48.47% of the reported tender base, so no exact published denominator currently closes the ledger. No subcontractor name appears in the official fields reviewed.
