SODRANORD holds the signed Boulogne-sur-Mer-Calais maintenance dredging framework, but its EUR 23 million headline is only the maximum available over four years. The contract is activated through purchase orders at unit prices. No cited record fixes the first 2026 campaign, ordered volume, dredger, sediment route or accepted output.

A named contractor replaced the tender while the first order stayed private

BOAMP result 26-35587 and TED 240751-2026 control the winner, contract date and framework ceiling. Tender 25-116739 controls the 24-month term, possible renewal, purchase-order route and unit-price structure. The Region's 2025 planning and outturn figures describe the prior operating year, not a call-off under contract 202613951. No cited source proves 2026 mobilisation or output as of 5 August 2026.

Campaign quantities begin with purchase orders

A purchase-order framework lets the port owner respond to changing shoaling and navigation needs, but commercial and operating exposure remains undefined until each order fixes the work zone, survey basis, quantity, method, timing and acceptance record. Treating the ceiling as committed spend would overstate both the contractor's backlog and the owner's current programme.
