Galfar's approximately OMR 9.86 million award anchors the original Nabur fishing-port contract at Liwa. Owner material defines 1,524 m of breakwaters, a 100 m fixed berth, basin dredging to 3.5 m and channel dredging to 5 m. SeaWorks lists a five-month 2015 dredging-and-reclamation role, Masirah Marine names Galfar as its 2017 quay-wall client, and CORE-LOC data defines the two breakwater reaches.

Named roles extend below the prime award

The December 2013 market release establishes Galfar's reported award and value. The May 2014 owner announcement supplies physical scope. SeaWorks and Masirah Marine support only their own published roles, with different client wording. CORE-LOC data supplies breakwater dimensions and unit sizes without resolving the commercial supply chain or final acceptance.

Physical dimensions and contract tiers require different sources

The original award alone omits the downstream workfronts that shaped the harbour. Direct client wording supports the Galfar-to-Masirah Marine relationship, while SeaWorks names the Ministry and cannot be placed under Galfar without a disclosed contract. This distinction prevents an inferred subcontract from entering the company and project graphs.

Evidence conclusion

Close-out remains weaker than package attribution

Masirah Marine's 2017 portfolio supplies the clearest lower-tier link because it explicitly names Galfar as client for quay-wall block installation. SeaWorks confirms its own dredging-and-reclamation scope and five-month duration but names the Ministry as client. The 1,524 m owner total and 1,523 m CORE-LOC total retain a one-metre source discrepancy. Formal completion, accepted hydrography, defects close-out and final account have not been disclosed.
