Floating Jetties
One World Bank report counts both 44 and 45 completed Hooghly jetties
World Bank award data close the prime-contractor gap for four Hooghly passenger-jetty locations: P.G. Enterprise holds Lot 1 and Patra Shipping Private Limited holds Lot 2. Delivery is less clear. The June 2026 implementation report says 44 of 45 project jetties were complete and names Metiabruze as still under implementation, then says all 45 were complete in its results table.
The two-lot award chain is now attributable
The World Bank supplier-contract dataset confirms the two winners, lot titles, signature date and reported commitments. The July 2026 procurement plan controls the route, estimate, Signed state and planned completion. The June 2026 ISR contains both the 44-of-45 narrative with Metiabruze under implementation and the 45-complete indicator. Neither source identifies lower-tier contractors or proves package acceptance.
Metiabruze keeps the acceptance gate open
The two reported supplier commitments total USD 2,723,396.21 against a USD 2.8 million estimate, but that arithmetic does not close the work. Metiabruze belongs to Patra Shipping's Lot 2, so the narrative conflict affects package completion, commissioning, final value and any downstream opportunity assessment.
