West Bengal Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation signed two works lots under IN-WBTIDCL-379989-CW-RFB 2ND CALL 2LOTS for four Hooghly River passenger-jetty locations. The supplier-contract dataset names P.G. Enterprise for Tamlipara and Hooghly Ghat at Chinsurah at USD 1,272,585.60, and Patra Shipping Private Limited for Metiabruze and Pujali at USD 1,450,810.61. The latest implementation report contains conflicting closeout evidence, so package acceptance remains unconfirmed.

The current procurement plan shows a planned contract-completion date of 23 October 2025. A 22 June 2026 implementation report then says upgrades were complete at 44 of 45 project locations and identifies Metiabruze as the one jetty still under implementation, while the same report's indicator table says all 45 were complete as of 22 May 2026. The project record currently closes on 30 September 2026; a second extension to September 2027 was proposed as contingent, not automatic.

The award titles describe construction or reconstruction of gangway-cum-pontoon jetties at Tamlipara and Hooghly Ghat/Chinsurah in Lot 1 and Metiabruze and Pujali in Lot 2. Public records reviewed do not disclose pontoon dimensions, gangway spans, piling schedule, passenger-building quantities, electrical scope or acceptance criteria.
