Port of Montreal says a 300-tonne construction crane was ready in June and quay-wall sheet piles were due on site from 13 to 15 July. Its public works updates stop before the first pile driven, a dredger mobilised or a baseline survey. DP World was also still working toward the terminal construction and operating agreement in its September 2025 announcement.
