Role in marine infrastructure

Water Authority of Fiji owns and operates the country's public water and wastewater systems. At Kinoya it is the employer for the CW02 treatment-plant DBO, the operator of the existing Laucala Bay discharge interface and the long-term asset owner. The future DBO contractor will carry the five-year design, construction, commissioning and operating package; no contractor has been appointed and the reviewed documents do not define a new offshore pipeline.
