Herbosch-Kiere identifies the 362-metre quay, Hens-Herbosch-Kiere joint venture, EUR 22 million total tender value, and early-2027 completion. The owner's April 2025 explanation separates capture, a port pipeline backbone, a phased 2.5-to-10-Mtpa liquefaction terminal, and a quay intended to load two seagoing vessels at once. CINEA and Air Liquide establish the EUR 144.6 million EU-backed common infrastructure and June 2027 grant-action frame; those records do not prove final investment decision or operation.
