The port published an updated CO2 quality interface

The 21 May specification defines a current vapor-network baseline and supersedes the October 2023 version, but it is explicitly non-binding. Terminal, loading-arm, carrier, liquid-product and storage compatibility remain unconfirmed.

The 2026 network plan makes the terminal link conditional on technical and economic justification and signed contracts, and references mid-2029 in its current terminal-operational planning language. It is not a terminal final investment decision or commissioning confirmation.
