The commercial identity is clear, but the public signing chronology is not: the contract description says 4 March 2025, the April implementation report says 14 March and works started, while STEP's structured contract field and later procurement plans show 21 June. By 18 November, the project team said the failed arm and corner had been rebuilt with salvaged dolos, filter rock and armour stone, while capping, the final crest, jetty work, access-road removal and navigation-light decisions remained.
