Bukha names its dredging contractor while contract terms remain undisclosed

Masirah Island International; exact Bukha project image, not dated progress or completion evidence

Masirah Island International's exact project page places MII on Bukha Fishery Harbour maintenance, rehabilitation and basin-and-approach dredging, with Engineers House Engineering Consultancy in the delivery team. Oman eTender identifies procedure 562/2023/MAFWR/HQ-50, and a later owner-side interview says Bukha town port remained under maintenance. Award amount, plant, quantities, subcontractors, hydrographic acceptance and the completion certificate remain undisclosed.

A contractor-side project record resolves the execution identity

MII's exact project page supports its own maintenance, rehabilitation and dredging role and names Engineers House. The Oman eTender record controls the procurement identity and old bidding-stage snapshot, not the later award. ONA corroborates ongoing port maintenance from the owner side but does not identify MII or publish quantities, value or acceptance. Masirah Island International and Masirah Marine remain separate entities.

Entity resolution matters as much as contractor discovery

A named prime materially improves Oman fishing-port coverage, but it is only the first layer of delivery intelligence. Without measured dredging quantities, accepted depths, sediment routing, plant allocation and contract dates, the record cannot support production benchmarking, market-share attribution, unit-rate comparison or a reliable completed-project claim.

Evidence conclusion

Commercial closure remains unresolved

Outstanding evidence

  • Official award, signed value, contract date and duration
  • Engineers House's exact design and supervision responsibility
  • Dredging plant, support craft and lower-tier execution chain
  • Pre- and post-dredge surveys, design depth and measured volume
  • Sediment route and environmental approvals
  • Repaired structures, marine furniture, utilities and navigation aids
  • Taking-over certificate, defects period and final account
  • Navigation release and operating evidence
