Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence; exact Frioul basin and breakwater context, not evidence of 2026 contract execution

Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence concluded a EUR 19.589919 million contract for the Frioul East breakwater and internal rock spur with an Océlian-led five-company group. The award resolves the client, legal winners and contract value after five bids. Mobilisation, internal workshare, quarry and marine-logistics suppliers, placed quantities and accepted progress remain unpublished.

Océlian-led group signed Contract Z250608F00 for EUR 19.59 million

TED controls the award, value, contract date, five submissions and five co-awardees. The owner controls the physical concept, design baseline, EGIS Ports role, environmental measures and programme-level financial reporting. A notice to proceed, main-contract mobilisation, downstream subcontract award, completed quantity, accepted section and final account remain unpublished.

About 90,000 tonnes of rock must reach an operating island marina

The scope joins a degraded nineteenth-century breakwater, an operating island marina, about 90,000 tonnes of rock and Posidonia protection measures. The award names five works contractors but no quarry, marine-transport, survey, diving or ecological-monitoring supplier.

Evidence conclusion

No mobilisation date or accepted rock quantity is published

Contract Z250608F00 is valued at EUR 19,589,919. The separate EUR 32 million consultation-stage estimate covers the wider project, EUR 2 million was allocated to studies in 2019, and EUR 1.3 million had been spent by 31 December 2025. The owner's 2026 programme update does not report main-contract mobilisation or installed rock.
