Oman's Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources placed the Quriyat fishing-port sea dock at approximately 83% completion on 10 August 2025. The OMR 2.979 million scope includes a 185 m fixed dock on the breakwater, a 33,000 m2 investment area and a reserved marine-crane site.

An 83% progress statement identifies an advanced construction package, yet it does not establish the dock's load rating, available depth, installed fenders and bollards, crane commissioning or owner acceptance.
