APN announced maintenance dredging in Callao's access channel and inner roadstead from 20 December 2025, targeting safe depths up to -16.50 m. Its 31 March 2026 publication includes Jan De Nul's post-dredging environmental report based on January monitoring. That is strong physical-execution evidence, but the public chain still lacks final measured quantities, accepted bathymetry, owner completion and final account.

APN's December notice proves the campaign start and intended work areas. Its 31 March publication and the attached Jan De Nul report prove post-dredging monitoring, not final owner acceptance.
