Paradip's ninth extension keeps the 685-acre tender open
Paradip Port Authority; local industrial-waterfront context, not the IDCO reclamation site
DCI has not closed its industrial-estate reclamation tender at Paradip. The current government page lists Corrigendum-9 and schedules bid submission and opening for 18 August. A public BOQ mirror puts 685 acres, a full peripheral bund, pumping and return-water pipelines, booster pumps, and both TSHD and CSD mobilisation inside the procurement.
Corrigendum-9 restarts the bid clock
CPPP publishes the procurement status: global item-rate tender, two covers, INR 1 crore EMD and Corrigendum-9's current 18 August submission and opening dates. An earlier stage snapshot does not establish completed opening or evaluation. CPPP does not publish bidders, prices, a work period or an award. Tenderkart is a public mirror of the BOQ work items, including 685 acres, bunds, pipelines, booster pumps, TSHD and CSD arrival, borrow-area dredging, compaction and backwash-water return. The BOQ joins dredgers, bunds and return water
This is not a dredger-only package. The mirrored work items sequence bund completion before the main reclamation run, then connect borrow-area dredging to pumps, pipelines, internal bunds, compaction and backwash-water return to sea. A weak interface at any one of those points can idle an expensive dredger spread or leave fill unaccepted.

The procurement remains open. CPPP's current tender page moves submission to 15:00 and opening to 15:30 India time on 18 August. An earlier stage page showed technical opening after the superseded 21 July deadline, but that display is not evidence of a completed opening or evaluation after Corrigendum-9. CPPP has not published bidders, technical qualification, financial opening, contract value or award. The BOQ mirror is detailed enough to show the delivery chain, while final quantities and package boundaries still depend on the awarded contract.
