TED result 104641-2026 records a EUR 6.82 million Igoumenitsa shore-power contract to Paralos Systems Industry and names Paralos Energy, Controls Vasiloglou and Siemens A.G. as subcontractors. HEDNO confirms two 3 MVA systems and one 0.5 MVA system under an 18-month design-to-commissioning package. The award identifies the chain but not each party's workshare, while the 18-month contract window extends beyond the published 31 December 2026 ALFION-INFRA programme end date.

TED identifies Paralos Systems Industry as prime and names Paralos Energy, Controls Vasiloglou and Siemens A.G. as subcontractors. It does not allocate switchgear, protection, controls, cable management, civil works or commissioning among them, and no subcontract value is published. The named chain is therefore more specific than the workshare evidence.

The 18-month contract window extends beyond the CEF programme date

HEDNO concluded the turnkey contract on 11 February 2026. TED reports EUR 6.82 million against the EUR 7.14 million procedure estimate and an 18-month duration. HEDNO defines two 3 MVA and one 0.5 MVA positions for Ro-Pax vessels; ALFION-INFRA separately includes a cruise-position study, so the latter should not be counted as a fourth installed system. Igoumenitsa Port Authority publishes EUR 8.925 million for the wider 85%-CEF-funded programme and describes completion by 2026, while the programme page ends on 31 December 2026. Those broader values and dates do not override the executed contract. Until an accepted baseline or phased handover plan appears, the defensible status is signed award, not installed or operational shore power.
