Dredging Delivery
Port 2000 dike foundation identifies the main delivery firms
HAROPA's 2026 records identify the firms and measured quantities behind the Chatiere works. Terelian leads the EUR 183.128 million works group with SDI/DEME, GTM OA is the named Accropode subcontractor, Lafarge Gonfreville supplies concrete, and I-SEA with HOZRO support turbidity monitoring. Nearly 800,000 m3 of foundation had been placed by 1 June; channel completion and operating release remain unconfirmed.
Installed quantities and lower-tier names replace award-only visibility
HAROPA documents installed quantities, named subcontractors, suppliers, monitoring specialists and the current programme. BOAMP establishes the legal award and contract value. The cited sources do not confirm full armour installation, channel dredging, tie-ins, completed micromining, acceptance or first service. HAROPA's current funding table is dated separately because its December 2024 allocation differs materially.
Construction quantities are public before navigation release
The disclosed quantities distinguish completed marine production from the remaining programme. The weak-silt purge is about 760,000 m3; the submerged base is nearly 800,000 m3; 6,800 of 19,900 Accropodes had been cast when the first unit was placed; and 450,000 tonnes of rock had arrived. These records do not establish that the 1.8 million m3 channel dredge, dike tie-ins or navigation acceptance are complete.
Evidence conclusion
Foundation quantities, channel geometry and navigation release remain open
Surveyed quantities are needed for the submerged foundation, dike core, filter, rock and Accropode installation. The planned channel dredging also has two material routes: Octeville disposal and reuse in the former oil basin. Micromining completion, as-built bathymetry, environmental close-out, accepted navigation geometry and repeat inland-vessel passage remain unconfirmed in HAROPA's cited publications. The first-half 2027 target therefore remains a programme date rather than an operating record. HAROPA's newer funding split is retained with its date because the earlier owner allocation differs materially.
Outstanding evidence
- Final submerged-foundation quantity and bathymetric acceptance
- 19,900 Accropode production, placement and survey controls
- Rock-source, quarry logistics and remaining lower-tier contracts
- Completed micromining evidence rather than the announced date
- 1.8 million m3 channel dredging by disposal and reuse route
- Dike openings, tie-ins and temporary-access-dike removal
- Funding reallocation and construction-payment visibility
- First-half 2027 owner acceptance and repeat inland-vessel passage
