Advanteering Civil Engineers has completed detailed design and started early off-site construction for the new Woodman Point Ammo Jetty. The owner describes an initial AUD 11.67 million main-jetty and T-head award with provision up to AUD 17.3 million including landside works, while Tenders WA records an exact AUD 17,342,374 contract value.
Off-site delivery is confirmed before on-site mobilisation
Transport WA controls the design and off-site status, project scope and planned onsite timing. The WA Government release controls the AUD 11.67 million initial award and up-to-AUD 17.3 million provision. Tenders WA controls the exact AUD 17,342,374 value and contract period. No on-site start or subcontract record has been located.
Value and progress each need two-layer evidence
The two values describe different commercial boundaries. The lower figure is the initial released marine scope; the higher figure is the recorded contract envelope. Presenting AUD 17.34 million as fully released physical work would overstate the current package. Likewise, early off-site construction is meaningful progress but does not prove demolition or piling has begun at Woodman Point.

A landside option release would define how much of the contract ceiling becomes active scope. A dated on-site start would move the physical status beyond off-site fabrication. Once mobilisation occurs, project-level records must identify demolition sequencing around retained 1939 piles, fabrication and marine-plant allocation, then owner inspection and reopening. No lower-tier suppliers are yet public.
