World Bank supplier data now identify every direct works award used to map West Bengal's 29 Phase I and 16 Phase II floating passenger jetties. The 21 contracts carry USD 24,836,527.26 in reported supplier commitments across eight contractor groups. Prime-contract identification is complete, while the latest implementation report still says both 44 and 45 locations are complete.

The World Bank supplier-contract dataset confirms all 21 contract numbers, prime suppliers, signature dates and reported commitments. The July 2026 procurement plan confirms the five package rows and planned completion boundaries. The June 2026 ISR contains the 44-of-45 narrative and 45-of-45 results-table conflict. No cited source proves location-level acceptance, final cost or lower-tier appointments.

Metiabruze keeps programme acceptance unresolved

The award map changes procurement analysis from a programme-level estimate into a contract-level evidence chain. It identifies which firms hold each phase and call, but the same precision exposes what remains absent: exact Phase II first-call site allocation, lower-tier fabricators and installers, final values, location acceptance and a reconciled Metiabruze status.
