Official federal award data identifies Great Lakes Dock & Materials for Dunkirk Harbor's remaining 450-foot breakwater phase at USD 1.936 million. The contract record resolves the contractor and supports USACE's USD 1.9 million narrative, while leaving the same release's USD 4.5 million bullet unsupported.
