Dunkirk Harbor west breakwater rehabilitation
USACE Buffalo District is repairing Dunkirk Harbor's west breakwater with stone reinforcement and a higher crest. Its June 2026 release says about 1,850 feet were repaired in the first phase and the remaining 450 feet are now under way through November.
