Nalanda Engineering Enterprise holds a USD 1.317 million IWAI contract for seven 30 m by 8 m steel floating jetties at named West Bengal locations on National Waterway-1. The April 2025 award and technical schedule are public, while unit-level delivery and acceptance remain unpublished.

Nalanda holds the seven-site 30 m pontoon package

Contract 1833026 controls Nalanda Engineering Enterprise, the signature date, contract reference and committed USD amount. The current IWAI tender page and PDF control the seven destinations, dimensions, eight-month delivery period and 24-month upkeep. Published records do not provide unit numbers, fabrication milestones, installation dates, commissioning certificates or IWAI acceptance for any destination.

Seven named destinations create a site-level delivery ledger

The contract joins seven large steel pontoons, seven HDPE-supported shore walkways and seven separate anchorage, mooring, transport and commissioning interfaces. Each named destination can be followed from approved design through fabrication, installation and IWAI acceptance. The prime award is visible, while fabrication yard, verifier, equipment suppliers, installation subcontractors and actual site sequence remain undisclosed.

Evidence conclusion

The December 2025 delivery gate remains unverified

Contract 1833026 fixes Nalanda Engineering Enterprise as the bundled supplier from 3 April 2025 at a committed supplier amount of USD 1,317,014.07. IWAI's schedule establishes the seven destinations, 30 m by 8 m pontoon dimensions, 9 m by 2 m walkway and eight-month delivery period. Applying that period points to 3 December 2025, yet published records provide no unit numbers, fabrication milestones, installation dates, commissioning certificates or owner acceptance.
