Find a Tender fixes Bullo Limited's original GBP 392,500 contract through 26 June. Bristol Harbour Authority later scheduled Baltic Wharf dredging in late July and again from 10 to 17 August, with a floating pipeline and Bullo call sign. The public chain shows a live delivery question, not a proven extension or completion.

The harbour notice chain now extends beyond the signed period

Find a Tender identifies Bullo's legal supplier role, price, original period and performance metrics. Bristol Harbour Authority publishes the later work windows, floating-pipeline interface, navigation measures and Bullo call sign. The later notices are not contract amendments and do not establish mobilisation on 10 August, completed dredging, accepted quantity or handover. A call sign links the field interface to the named prime

The current notice links a named award supplier to a precise operating interface: western Baltic Wharf, a dredger, floating pipeline, marker pole, slipway disruption, VHF channel 73 and restricted navigation near Underfall Yard. It also exposes a date mismatch that procurement monitoring should not smooth over. The later work may reflect a variation, overrun, call-off or follow-on instruction, but none is public.

Evidence conclusion

The missing document is contractual, then physical

Bristol's below-threshold contract gives Bullo an original 30 March-26 June term and six performance metrics. Notice 35/26 scheduled western Baltic Wharf work for 27-31 July; notice 36/26 schedules another weather-dependent window for 10-17 August and uses call sign Bullo. Because notice 36/26 was current at the start of 10 August, it is treated as a schedule rather than proof that the move has occurred. Contract modification, actual work dates, accepted depth and quantity, sediment route, plant assignment, lower tiers, final account and handover remain open.
