Lower Yarra's completed programme does not close AMA's current contract

AMA is the named supplier on a current AUD 1.93985 million Lower Yarra contract and the named Campaign C contractor. A separate annual report says the 2022-24 programme finished in 2024; that does not prove contract closeout, accepted quantities or final depth.

Campaign C provides unusually specific contractor and reach attribution

Buying for Victoria identifies the supplier, contract reference, displayed value basis, start and Current status. Parks Victoria attributes the programme to AMA and describes Campaign C's operating geography. Melbourne Water's annual-report page and PDF report the 2022-24 completion and future-funding position. AMA publishes its own award statement. Dredging Today is secondary support for the Campaign B sequence and pipe-placement method; BMT supplies separate study context.

Contract status, campaign delivery and programme completion are three clocks

The Lower Yarra combines a live procurement row, dated river-work controls and a later programme-level completion statement. Commercial and operating decisions become unreliable if the portal total is treated as final spend, the end of a navigation-control period as owner acceptance, or the annual report's programme completion as administrative contract closure.

The Victorian procurement portal names Australasian Marine Associates on ITS2-00225, displays a fixed AUD 1,939,850 total, records 8 September 2021 as start date and labels the contract Current. Parks Victoria then names AMA for Campaign C across six dredging reaches and two material-discharge areas from 13 March to 24 June 2024. The 2024-25 Yarra Strategic Plan annual report says the 2022-24 programme was completed in 2024 and that about AUD 1.2 million per year remains necessary, with a bid submitted for a next two-year programme. None of those records publishes accepted bathymetry, campaign quantities, final account, contract closeout or a new funding award.
