Bluewater's direct project record establishes the marine-system contract and planned 2027 use, while Straatman's later delivery record exposes one downstream control-package supplier. Neither record identifies the physical offshore installation contractor, anchor and chain package, hose and PLEM suppliers, installation spread or acceptance party.
