Role in marine infrastructure
Busan Port Authority was established in 2004 to develop, manage and operate Busan Port and its free-trade and logistics facilities. At New Port West Container Terminal Phase 2-6, BPA is the project client for the 700-metre two-berth terminal, records the civil and caisson programme and procures automated cargo-handling equipment through separate supplier packages.
