CN APDM SA Galati administers Romania's maritime-Danube ports. Reorganized as a national company in 1998, it manages public port land and berthing fronts from Harsova to the lower-Danube branches. Its adopted functions cover port planning, infrastructure programmes, maintenance, signalling, dredging, depth protection and nondiscriminatory access; authority powers apply only where legally delegated.
