It procured the integrated coastal-to-mine supply system through a BOOT concession, retains owner-side assurance and acceptance responsibilities, and is the future transfer recipient. Aguas Horizonte builds, owns and operates the system during the concession, while Techint Engineering & Construction delivers the EPC works.
