EWEC is Abu Dhabi's sole procurer and supplier of water and electricity. It forecasts demand, plans new production capacity, runs competitive procurement, signs long-term purchase agreements and balances bulk supply. Its portfolio includes coastal power-and-water complexes and large seawater reverse-osmosis plants whose marine systems sit with the project companies and delivery consortia.
