The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority is Victoria's dedicated statutory manager for approximately 170,000 hectares and 355 kilometres of coastline, including three local ports: Apollo Bay, Port Campbell and Lorne. It has managed, operated and maintained Apollo Bay since 1 July 2024. The Authority acts as port and waterway manager, performs harbour-master functions while no separate harbour master is appointed, and maintains the dredged channel, navigation aids, berths, moorings, boat ramp, wharf and slipway. Maintenance Concepts Pty Ltd holds the AUD 896,000 C26-0068 seawall package for a recorded 20 July to 21 September 2026 contract period. That period does not prove mobilisation, installed work, completion or acceptance.
