Role in marine infrastructure
Green Hydrogen and Chemicals SPC is the Oman project vehicle for ACME's Duqm green-hydrogen and green-ammonia development. The Ministry of Energy and Minerals described GHC as owned by ACME in March 2023. Scatec had agreed a 50/50 development partnership in 2022, but its first-quarter 2023 report says the Oman partnership was discontinued and removed from its pipeline while ACME progressed before debt financing; Scatec retained only an option to participate in a potential second phase.
