Role in marine infrastructure

MPA plans and regulates the Port of Singapore and represents Singapore internationally on maritime matters. At Tuas Port Phase 2, it owns and procures the reclamation, seawall, wharf and navigation work, then hands completed land and berth infrastructure to PSA for terminal development and operation. The main marine package sits with Penta-Ocean, Hyundai E&C and Boskalis.
