For the Geraldton Port Maximisation Project it is the proponent, works client and long-term operator: it secured environmental approval and awarded MGN Civil the surge-protection breakwater package. The EPA and Environment Minister retain assessment and approval duties, while contractors remain responsible for their named delivery packages.
